Speaking Topic: Taking Charge of Brand YOU: Executive Career Moves that Matter

Nancy Minchillo has been with HP for 11 years and a Supplier Diversity manager for the past 3 years. In her current role, she manages the Supplier Diversity Program globally for HP, including a Mentor-Protégé Program and several Capacity Building Programs which HP supports both internally and externally.

Nancy’s mission is to provide avenues for small businesses, minority-owned businesses, woman-owned businesses, veteran-owned businesses and other under-utilized businesses an equal opportunity to compete and participate as suppliers for materials and services purchased by HP and act as resellers of HP products and services.

Her role includes diversity supplier advocacy and development for small, minority, woman and LGBT owned businesses in the United States, as well as other underrepresented companies and supplier diversity designations globally, including in Canada, Europe, South Africa, and Australia.

Nancy serves as the HP Program Manager and liaison to multiple professional supplier diversity constituencies, such as NMSDC, WBENC, NGLCC and their regional and international affiliates. She also works with her fellow HP Global Procurement colleagues on a variety of global initiatives which support the HP Global Supplier Diversity mission.

Her first, last, and most important job is a wife, mother, sister, daughter…; (you get the idea); just like many of you!
